Job Description

Employ, manage, coach, and develop the overall performance of outside sales professionals. Educate the sales team by establishing training programs in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of highly profitable products, multi-product sales, and profitability and working with the sales team to ensure the delivery of quality customer service at all times. Forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue for the sales team and develops plans to ensure revenue growth for all products. Hold lead account planning strategy sessions aimed at retaining and acquiring customers and increasing business opportunities. Creates, monitors, and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline. Ensures profitable growth in sales revenues through planning and deployment Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve and company growth Responsible for assisting with market development and building customer relationships via the telephone along with the issue and input of accurate sale orders ensuring target deliveries are attained. Conduct meetings with the team to reinforce goals and objectives, utilization of the CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics 365), and to set clear expectations about policies and procedures. Continuously prospecting key accounts, engineering firms, distributors, resellers, OEMs, and key market areas to help grow the business and market share. Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals by developing action plans and schedules to identify specific sales prospects, targets, and markets. Prepare for and attend trade shows, exhibits, conferences, meetings, and other local, regional, and national promotional opportunities. Maintain a professional image and attitude at all times through personal actions and initiatives. Enhance division and Company reputation and brand image by consistently working to implement the company's core values of commitment, interaction, and innovation. Develop and presents forecasting reports to senior management. Maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of the company's essential products and the competitive market. Evolving our internal sales processes and procedures to help increase efficiency. Coach and develop creative and innovative ways to maximize both performance and job satisfaction of the sales team. Manage and monitor performance sales-related metrics. Monitor the department on more than 300 accounts across all sales channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets. Document data flows, standard campaign operating procedures, and project-related requirements Issues analysis to determine areas of improvement and identify bottlenecks in the sales process. Work closely with internal departments (Production, Financial, Inventory, Fulfillment, and Transportation) to ensure high-quality plants and on-time deliveries. Reporting to CEO. Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday; 9 am - 5:30 pm. The job shuttle service is available for Tehran.

Requirements

More than five years of proven experience, including managing high performing internal sales teams in B2B marketing, pre-sales or sales, preferably in filtration or spare part industries Ideally experience of selling into the following sectors: - OEM Compressors - OEM HVAC Systems - Oil, Gas & Petrochemicals - OEM Automotive Companies - Steel Industries - Power Plants Bachelor's degree or higher educations A practical and motivational leader with a strong coaching ethic Innovative and creative in the approach. The ability to inspire, lead, and develop direct reports. Demonstrable experience of increasing new business sales, while maintaining existing accounts Familiar with national and international sales procedures and regulations. Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills for quick reporting execution Knowledge of CRM concepts and familiar with Microsoft Dynamics CRM software Proactive, self-motivated, proactive mindset, result-driven with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills Strong leadership and effective interpersonal skills; able to influence, persuade, and negotiate with all levels of people effectively. Ability to motivate and energize your sales team to be better every day Organizing and conducting regular weekly team training sessions. Being motivated by targets and always striving to perform higher. Need to be a quick learner to understand our product range and customer profiles An entrepreneurial spirit and a motivated self-starter to participate in the significant growth ambitions of the business. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Excellent presentation and customer-facing skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Must have proven business analysis skills.
