- Defining sales targets and strategies - Managing all activities within the sales and marketing department - Manages long-term and beneficial relations with customers. - Responsible provide feedback and other essential report on sales and finance to manager - Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications - Adjust marketing strategy and plan to meet changing markets and competitive conditions - Active customer visits and efficient communications
Requirements
- Ability to work with the organization and business development, insurance and standard office - Minimum 5 years of B2B sale and/or marketing manager experience - Communication & interpersonal skills, Self-Motivate, Analytical thinking, problem solving ability and able to take initiative - Have strong negotiating skills - Related Education
