● Guidance system representatives and sales representatives to move in line with the objectives and strategies of the organization.
● Sales planning and control plans in accordance with company policies.
● Suggest in order providing policy and decision-making.
● Control directives and sales methods.
● Review and analysis of the competitors' situation in your area, be creative and have new ideas and innovation.
● Resolve problems and questions of representatives and their sales team.
● Control Strategic and process parameters.
● Daily contact to the dealers and customers to follow up the related issues, such as getting dealers' requirements, answering customers ‘questions…
● Prepare dealers' advertisement plan and follow all steps especially for any sales promotion.
● Follow up on the report including dealer performance, commitments, etc.
● Follow up on the relevant issues such as cancellation, delay fine, and extra payment of the customers and dealers commission payment with F.D.
● Regularly visit the dealers and investigate their situation with relevant reports.
● Check dealers' stock and if needed, transfer cars between dealers.
● Receive, follow, and if possible solve the customer’s complaints before referring to CRM.
● Follow sales monthly plan.
● Follow up on delivery vehicles from logistics.
● For any car which damaged on the way, fill out the related form and follow up with the after-sales department to repair it.
● Coordinate and cooperate with Network colleagues to find new Sales dealers
● Control dealers.
● Following up on the delayed documents.
● Reception and solving the customer’s complaints.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Management.
● At least 3 years of related experience in automotive company.
● Good in English.
● Good in Microsoft Office.
● Self- motivate.
● Tolerant.
● Team working skills.
● Assertive.
● Disciplined.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work under pressure.
● Gender preference: Male.
● Age range: Less than 35 years old.
