The objective of the role:

List of responsibilities:
This role includes an organizational position that works under the supervision of a related department manager and has the responsibility of improving sales and overall business growth.
● Negotiating and finalizing purchase orders with the customer.
● Following the sales process from start to finish.
● Managing daily sales operations and reports.
● Planning and setting strategy in order to achieve targets.
● Entering data in CRM software.
● Maximizing sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight into the needs, expectations, and lifestyle of the client.
● Executing B2B Marketing process.
● Representing our company with a comprehensive understanding of our offering.
● Maintaining proper communication with the customer.
● Reporting to: Sales Manager.
● Working hours: Saturday to Thursday 8am to 6pm.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MBA and other related fields.
● At least 4 Years of work experience in similar roles.
Specialist knowledge:
● Proficiency in B2B marketing.
● Complete knowledge and experience in the field of marketing, digital marketing, and sales.
● Having experience in selling commercial real estate is an advantage.
● Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook), sales CRM, and other sales-related software.
Soft skills and personality traits:
● Focused and precise on the given tasks.
● Data-driven mindset and sound business judgment.
● Having appropriate communication and public relations skills.
● Having the ability and spirit to participate in teamwork.
● Thorough knowledge and experience of marketing, digital marketing, and sales.
● Commercial real estate sales experience is an advantage.
● The candidate's place of residence must be in East Tehran or Pardis.
