● Maintain and develop relationships with new customers and existing customers via telephone calls and emails. Also responding to incoming emails in a timely manner.
● Arrange meeting with potential customers to prospect for new business.
● Attending fairs and exhibition.
● Making accurate calculations and providing customers with quotation.
● Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
● Gathering market and customer information.
● Maintaining customers focus on all times and answering to customer’s enquiries by attending Calls & Emails using standard guidelines.

Requirements
● University qualification: (any degrees).
● Work experience: Having experience in Marketing & Sales specifically in Shipping and forwarding companies – Not working experience are also welcomed.
● Language skills: fluent in English and Farsi.
● IT skills: good command of MS Office.
● Personal attribute: communication skills, responsibility, team work, knowledge and creativity, planning and organization.
