- Planning, organizing, leading and controlling all sales activities.
- Leading and developing a highly motivated and well performing sales team.
- Managing daily sales operation.
- Targeting and ability to design different sales plans for achieving targets.
- Developing an accurate seasonal and fiscal year sales forecast
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
- Meeting consumer finance and sales tasks.
- Visiting the market routinely to gather data and supervising productivity of sales team, also deciding the best strategy based on data have been gathered from the market.
Requirements
- B.A / M.A in Commercial Management/ Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years’ experience on sales.
- Experienced in Automotive industry.
- Strategic and systematic thinking ability and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers.
- Ability to guide and lead.
- Motivated and Initiative.
- Willing to take responsibilities and challenges.
- Good team-working skills.
- Good knowledge in MS Office Software (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
