Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled candidate to fill the position of Sales Expert / Sales Representative. The Sales Representative is the person in charge of managing a company's relationships with its customers. They are in charge of building strong long-term relationships with existing clients and also find potential customers, create new business cases, negotiate interconnection terms and sign new customers.
Job Duties:
- Generate sales among client accounts
- Operates as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
- Makes sure clients receive requested services in a timely fashion
- Forecasts, tracks and preparing reports for client account metrics
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
- Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients
- Service multiple clients concurrently
- Keep records of client transactions

- Excellent communication skills, be able to interact with international customers and work with a wide variety of people from diverse backgrounds

- Ability to manage Multiple Projects and Relationships Simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail

- Excellent communications skills and ability to work within a team
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of English language. Knowledge of other language is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to use the internet
- Experience in Telecom Sales / Account Management / Carrier Relations Manager is a plus
