- Good dealing with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Respond to sales enquirers and concerns by phone and in person.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and good client relationships.
- Perform wide market research and survey.
- Participate in sales events.
- Monitor competitors, Market product development.

- Understanding pricing strategies.
- Report periodically on the sales progress and results, analyze developments and make recommendations in order to promote Sales and marketing procedure.
Reporting to: Sales Manager.
Subordinates: No Subordinates.
Length of Probation Period: 3 months.
Working hours: Saturday to Tuesday 8:15 - 17:15, Wednesday 8:15 - 16:15.
Travel requirements: Rarely.
Gross Monthly Base Salary: Negotiable.

- University Qualifications: Business Administration and any related.
- Other certifications obtained: ICDL.
