Support dealers with expertise on sales and marketing
Set, control and monitor targets and performance at dealer level and take actions when targets are not met
Continuously monitor customer satisfaction in sales
Prepare and conduct a sales plan for each dealers sales team regarding business targets
Develop own network by identifying potential new attractive target locations or potential acquisition leads
Receive feedback from dealers and develop solutions to increase sales performance of dealers and deliver to Dealers network manager
Requirements
A Good back ground and knowledge in business especially in Sales
M.S/ B.S Degree or equivalent in Management, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering , / MBA is preferred
Familiar with Sales process in automotive sector
Good team building skills
Familiar with process of problem solving and decision making
Ability to work under pressure and good flexibility
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Skills in negotiation
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Acceptable interpersonal skills
Analytical oriented mindset and target achieving approach
Good reporting skills
Familiar with ISQI requirement
