Job Description

 Support dealers with expertise on sales and marketing  Set, control and monitor targets and performance at dealer level and take actions when targets are not met  Continuously monitor customer satisfaction in sales  Prepare and conduct a sales plan for each dealers sales team regarding business targets  Develop own network by identifying potential new attractive target locations or potential acquisition leads  Receive feedback from dealers and develop solutions to increase sales performance of dealers and deliver to Dealers network manager

Requirements

 A Good back ground and knowledge in business especially in Sales  M.S/ B.S Degree or equivalent in Management, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering , / MBA is preferred  Familiar with Sales process in automotive sector  Good team building skills  Familiar with process of problem solving and decision making  Ability to work under pressure and good flexibility  Excellent communication and presentation skills  Skills in negotiation  Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously  Acceptable interpersonal skills  Analytical oriented mindset and target achieving approach  Good reporting skills  Familiar with ISQI requirement
