Requirements
-Bachelor's degree required, Engineering or technical field preferred; or equivalent in relevant work experience
-Preferred candidate will have 3 years of sales experience; Sales experience within the building product & facilities industry is required / preferred candidate will have 3 years of sales experience within the building facilities, especially elevator
-Be aggressive, goal-oriented individual who has demonstrated their ability to work independently and efficiently
-Should also have selling strategy and have demonstrated good business decision making in previous positions
-Candidates must be a team player and have the ability to create proposals and sell on factors other than price
-Must be proficient in reading/understanding architectural drawings and specifications and work with engineers to provide tailor-made solutions
-Candidates must possess proficient oral and written communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with a wide variety of people with a diverse background of all levels and disciplines, including general contractors and architects
-Self-motivated individuals who have the ability to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities are a must
-High attention to detail a must
-Exceptional communication skills and customer focus
-Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-Strong numeracy and analytical skills
-Candidate will need to have worked in Telesales, Inbound Sales, Outbound Sales, Account Management, Customer Service or Call Centre
-Candidate must be organized, have attention to detail, accuracy in your work and experience of using CRM systems and Microsoft
-Candidate must be target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization and be well versed at multi-tasking a deadline driven workload to ensure that the Customer has any day to day issues resolved effectively and that all sales, KPI, and revenue targets are achieved
