- Competitive analysis and market trend monitoring
- Identifying changes in the market environment or competitive strategies, and proposing the required modifications in marketing strategy
- Analyzing and reviewing sales objectives and formulating plans to meet
- Performing sales negotiations with key customers
- Prepare all kind of sales reports
- Researching the market for competitors’ activities
- Achieving quantitative and qualitative marketing goals
- Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities
- Establishing a close relation to customers and evaluating their needs and demands
- Creating and managing of customer database
- Able to manage time, meet deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
We are also hiring a Sales Administrator with below job description, cooperating and partially covering Sales team's job:
- Answer telephones, take messages or transfer call to appropriate individual
- Manages the day-to-day administrative affairs of the office & departmental finances.
- Preparing reports for management
- Coordinates with other departments as necessary for speeches, meeting & exhibitions
- Processes all incoming/ outgoing correspondence received in the office
- Follow up Duties raised by the manager to achieve expected results
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sales.
- Have a relevant university degree, MBA is a big plus
- Excellent communication & administrative skills
- Professional in Microsoft word, excel, power point
- English at moderate level (writing & speaking)
- Leadership Ability
- Good negotiation skill
- Ability to work as a team member
- Expert with MS-Office software to report and analyze the market.
- Familiar with digital marketing is a plus
