-Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies. Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data
-Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs
-Having to make reports and analyzes the reports
-Manage communications with customers and negotiate until Acquiring new customers for sales department
-Updating the web site pages, social media pages and Directories
-Explore and try innovative ways in user acquisition methods for our mobile-based applications
-Think of creative concepts for advertising especially in social media such as Telegram and Instagram and websites
-Find new scalable channels and concepts for user acquisition
-Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, social media and online chat.
-Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
-Provide uninterrupted service by helping the customers with all their inquiries
-Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
-Being the first one handling customer’s issues and understanding them from their perspective, to give feedback to other departments helping constantly improve the platform in a way it reflects customer’s perspective
-Recommend potential product/services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Requirements
-BA in Management or other related fields (Preferably MA in Business Management)
-At least 2 years
-Familiar with marketing activities, advertising topics, negotiation and project management
-Strong public relation
-The spirit of teamwork
-Ability to track until outcome
-The high patience
-Ideal Age Range: 25 - 38
