Following up the construction projects in major cities of Iran from the beginning until the purchase is complete.
Continuously visiting the architectural firms and project offices.
Investigate missed sales and customer accounts based on the right market segmentation.
Conducting market research on the competitors, customers and doing data analysis to identify sales opportunities with promotional ideas and materials.
Developing sales and product presentations and proposals for the respective events.
Requirements
Related sales experience in building materials preferably wood industries or sanitary wares.
Proven experience in customer relationship with relevant product and industry knowledge.
Strong communication skills.
Intermediate in English.
Willing to succeed and working on salary bonus basis.
Skilled on Microsoft Office.
Preferably able to work with architectural software.
No military obligation for male candidates.
