Job Description

- Sales Expert in Steel Structure Field - Establishing effective communication with companies, clients, contractors. - Screening market for identification of potential projects, tenders, opportunities for investment, local contractors, suppliers, business development, etc. - Planning and implementing marketing activities - Keeping detailed records of all contacts. - Negotiating with the client to secure the project. - Cost Estimation, Price Analysis, Negotiation in bid stage - Preparation of the technical and commercial proposal. - Follow up the sent proposal with the client until reach the contract.

Requirements

- B.Sc. / M.Sc.in Civil Engineering from reputable university - Having the experience in Steel Structure field and being familiar with pertinent potential clients. - Fluent in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing, Listening) - At least 5 years of experience in the field of Marketing, Product selling. - Team working. - Familiar with general terms and conditions of steel structures contracts. - Having the experience of cooperation with the foreign companies - Social Perceptiveness - Self-motivated - Extensive experience within a sales expert role preferably in steel structure - Organizing and executing the sales and distribution - Sales skills
