Requirements
A valid Construction Company, intend to hire a sales and marketing manager in the field of real estate sales with the features and specifications below:
- Holds a master’s degree in one of the majors in business administration, industrial engineering, economics or MBA with a history of at least 5 years work experience in the field of building sales. (Applicants must have at least one graduate degree in management, economics or MBA).
- Has knowledge in the economy of building industry, investment, Marketing, market research and related fields.
- Ability to work in various projects all over the country
- Good writing ability and command of English
- Ability to work with software related to the field of activity.
- Having knowledge with communication techniques and media production.
- Mastering the principles of identifying and prioritizing customers, managing their expectations, and customer relationship management.
- Mastering the methods of advertising campaigns and promotion techniques.
