-Technical analysis of sales.
-Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products and to provide sales support.
-Promote positive relations with partners, vendors and distributors, i.e., present the products to customers and negotiate with dealers.
-Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.
-Managing the entire sales process (end to end).
-Prepare reports for review on Weekly/ Monthly basis (documentation of meetings, customer feedback and market visit reports).
-Monitor customer satisfaction, services, contracts and customer support.
Requirements
-Related knowledge and background in computer, software and internet.
-At least 2 years of experience in software sales.
-Good communication skills.
-Responsible and cooperative.
-Good negotiation skills.
-Having the problem solving skills.
-Semi-Fluent in English.
