-Identify and collect information about current, potential and missed customers.
-Maintain the relationship with existing agents via personal Visit, phone.
-Implementing sales procedures with both new and old agents in order to meet -personal and team goals.
-Managing the payment of agents.
-Dual Visit and training visitors.
-Providing regular reports on marketing and sales after the regular weekly visits.
Requirements
-Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in cosmetic industry
-Ability to travel 4 working days a week
-Relevant training or qualification
-Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office software
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Motivated and self-directed, ability to work with Minimum supervision
-English Knowledge is plus
-Gender preference : Male
