As a Junior Professional in Customer Service & Support, you contribute to enhancing customer relationships and driving sales success. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our sales processes effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales team by processing orders and managing invoices.
- Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Sepidar system for accurate data entry and record maintenance.
- Assist in documenting and maintaining comprehensive records of sales activities.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address their inquiries and solve any issues.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiar with the Sepidar accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and invoice processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
