● Prepare sales action plans and strategies for automotive lubricants.
● Schedule sales activity.
● Develop and maintain a customer database.
● Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials.
● Make sales calls, in-person visits, and presentations to new and existing clients in the industrial segment.
● Develop and present company products and services to current and potential clients.
● Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically, or in person.
● Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
● Follow up on sales activity.
● Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
● Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up with management.
● Carry out market research and surveys for Iranian industrial companies.
● Participate in sales events.
● Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product/market development.

Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical engineering, or related fields.
● Age range: 25 to 40 years old.
● At least 3 years of experience in professional sales and marketing in industrial .goods more preferably in the lubricant/oil business.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Self-motivated and job-oriented person.
● Creative, reliable, motivated, and energetic with a teamwork spirit.
● Good knowledge of English, MS Office, and trade negotiations.
