
Job Description
- Prepare sales action plans and strategies - Schedule sales activity - Plan, Control & achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets of Sales team - Prepare the regular reports, including activity and monthly reports to sales Manager - Analyze the company's sales policies and recommend proper improvements and changes. - Develop and maintain a customer database - Make sales calls and in-person visits and presentations to new and existing clients - Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person - Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships - Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for sales supervisor - Participate in sales events - Monitor competitors, market conditions and product/market development - Reporting to: Sales Manager
Requirements
- At least 3 years experiences in sales field - Good communication and negotiation skills - Knowing the market and distribution channels - Strong personality, willing to accept challenges - Keep relationship with customers - Ability to work under pressure
