• Full coordination and synchronization with direct manager.
• Penetrating into market for new customers.
• Focusing on increasing sales activities.
• Coordination with pricing desk and operation desk for making sure of the rates and customer service.
• Achieve maximum sales profitability and growth.
• Having more inclination on land shipments (to/from Europe).
• Make sales calls and in-person visits and presentations to new and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Complying with rules and policies for the company in the logistics market.
• Manages long-term and beneficial relations with customers.
• Develop marketing strategy, and networking to approach potential clients.
• Attending exhibitions, seminars, and events.
• Arrange and attend client meetings along with the marketing team.
• Closing deals with clients.
• Manage communication between clients and company.
• Monitoring client projects to ensure quality of service.
• Generating reports to the marketing manager.
Requirements
• Having at least two years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding (International Trucking, Air and Sea Freight and Railway).
• Being familiar with Intl., Freight Transport Procedures and Documentation.
• Well Knowledge in Incoterms, Trade and Customs rules.
• Well-behaved and well-etiquette.
• English Language Skills and/or Istanbul Turkish.
• Familiar with Microsoft office (outlook).
• Highly motivated and creative.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Negotiation, Presentation and persuading skills.
• Able to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Time management, meeting deadlines, and multitasking.
