Job Description

Job Description -Searching for new clients who could be potential customer for our air services - Make telephone calls with potential customers in order to attract and co-operate - Transfer of attracted customers to sales department -Attending in trade exhibitions, conferences and meeting - Insert all customer information and records in CRM software - Conduct meetings inside and outside the organization with potential and current customers - Make an impressive effort to attract the maximum customer from the rates - Maintaining customers with effective communications - Provide reports to superior executives - Achievement of company defined sales objectives - Close cooperation with Customer Service Department - Develop team spirit in the organization -Working Time: Saturday – Wednesday: 08:30 a.m. - 16:30 p.m. / Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 13:30 p.m. • Number required: 5 • Monthly Salary +Highest Commission

Requirements

Requirements -At least 2-3 years in Marketing & Sales in shipping companies -Good negotiation skills -Energetic and committed -Eager to sell and learning -Familiar with transportation market -Familiar with CRM -Ability to arrange meeting -Being familiar with marketing plan, marketing research -Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines -Understanding the sales process -Good communication with clients -Self-motivated and well organized -Able to time management, meet deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously -To work hard and capable of learning shipping terms and condition -Fluent in Microsoft Office -Familiar with Incoterms & Transportation -Problem solving capability -Ability to interact professionally with people at all levels - Having any certificate in transportation field would be a positive point -Acceptable spoken and written English
