An international sourcing and distribution group specializing in specialty ingredients for the food, pharmaceutical and agricultural industries, with operations across Europe and North America, is expanding its local office in Iran. We are seeking experienced, ambitious and internationally minded professionals who can contribute to the growth of a dynamic and quality-driven organization.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who can develop long-term customer relationships, identify new market opportunities and manage both local-currency and foreign-currency sales in a professional B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sales of specialty ingredients to food, pharmaceutical and agricultural customers.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
• Handle commercial proposals and negotiations for both IRR- and foreign-currency sales.
• Conduct regular customer visits, plant visits and business development tours in Tehran and other provinces.
• Coordinate product introductions, samples, technical discussions and commercial follow-up.
• Accompany international principals and technical experts during customer meetings and market visits.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts, account plans and structured activity reports.
• Follow orders, deliveries and receivables in coordination with internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience; experience in specialty ingredients is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability in negotiation, account development and closing sales.
• Experience with both IRR and foreign-currency transactions is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English for communication with international suppliers.
• Professional presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is preferred.
• Availability for customer visits, business travel and occasional exhibitions.
