Technical Sales Representative (Sales Engineer): For over 30 years, ControlNegar Consulting Engineers Co. has been supplying a comprehensive range of instrumentation from the world's leading manufacturers. ControlNegar has provided technical solutions and support to industries that include Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Mining & Cement, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Food & Beverage, Waste and Water Treatment, Chemicals. Support goes beyond technical answers and the right instruments. Expert ControlNegar technicians also provide instrument Setup, full service, and repair. The selected candidate will get Technical and Sales Training in Germany in the first year of employment. Job Description: ControlNegar is currently seeking a Technical Sales Representative (Sales Engineer) for Level and Analyzer Instruments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: ● Respond to customer requirements through Sales quotations, application support & customer order entry. ● Using the company's CRM, keep records of all transactions and customer communications. ● Follow up on leads. ● Provide exceptional customer service at all times. ● Develop & maintain relationships with ControlNegar customers by phone to gain and grow business. ● Be proactive by hunting for new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking. ● Become a product expert – you must possess the technical competency to articulate operation, features/benefits, and competitive advantage to customers. ● Remain knowledgeable of current market conditions, competitor activities, and industry advances. ● Work with internal departments to ensure the company business objectives are being met. ● Develop and maintain business relationships with customers in a businesslike and ethical manner.

Requirements

● Fluent in English, reading, writing, listening and speaking. IELTS 6 or TOEFL is preferred. ● Advanced knowledge of process/test & measure instruments/controls, systems, applications and related equipment. ● Chemical, electrical and mechanical aptitude. ● Sales professional with effective negotiating skills. ● Team player with a focus on customer excellence. ● Highly motivated and persistent individual who embraces challenges. ● Rapport building by phone and email. ● Great communicator. ● Ask the right questions and have a listener attitude. Education: ● Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Electronics, Instrumentation/Control or equivalent experience. Experience: ● Solid sales background in supporting customers and meeting their requirements. ● Minimum of 1 year in instrumentation sales. ● Proven track record in sales of continually meeting and exceeding expectations Knowledge/Skills.
