We’re Hiring | Sales Engineer – Copper Industry;

A reputable industrial company active in copper manufacturing and sales is seeking a qualified and motivated Sales Engineer to join its team in Tehran.

Position Overview:

The sales engineer will support the full sales cycle by understanding technical customer requirements, preparing tailored proposals, and acting as a key technical contact throughout the client relationship. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams such as production and quality control, as well as regular communication with domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer needs and offer technical-commercial proposals.
  • Prepare quotations, datasheets, and support documents.
  • Act as a technical consultant before and after sales.
  • Collaborate with production and QC teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in sales meetings, negotiations, and customer follow-ups.
  • Track competitor activity and support market expansion.
  • Maintain and update client records, feedback, and technical requests.

Requirements:

Education:

  • B.Sc. in Metallurgical Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering – Solid Mechanics.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years in industrial or technical sales, preferably in copper, aluminum, or lead industries.
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and production standards.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Technical writing and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken) for documentation and customer interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
