Job Description

Develop sales strategies to present products or solutions to new customers.
Develop, present, and respond to proposals for specific projects with industry-specific solutions.
Follow up sales leads and sustain good relations with customers.
Research and identify potential customers and sales opportunities.
Create a database of projects under construction, architects, and interior designers.
Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
Visit prospective clients to present samples/catalogs informing them about pricing/availability and advantages.

Requirements

Self-motivated, preferably with knowledge and experience in the fields of home automation and lighting.
Strong sales and presentation skills with the ability to communicate professionally with customers.
Able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
Able to expand, manage and lead a sales team in a dynamic atmosphere of an organization with a rapidly growing customer base.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, and Excel.
Team worker.
