- Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Achieves satisfactory profit ratio and market share
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Manage sales teams , customer care team , account managers and empower them to boost sales targets and advance client relationships
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Requirements
- MSc/BA in management/business or related fields
- 5 years of experience in sales (At least 3 year in managing position)
- Strong public relations, active listener
- Strong leadership Passion and Potential
- Excellent Communications & Negotiation skills
- Good problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
- English fluency
- Ideal Age: 28-40
