Job Description
The Sales Development Manager is responsible to implement Sales training and development plans along with company strategies and across Iran.
Key Accountabilities:
• Build and train a team of self-motivated and driven inside sales representatives.
• Effectively design and implement sales training courses.
• Assist in designing and implementing a scalable training program and materials for sales employees
• Effectively design and implement the sharing of best practices and resource allocation across all team components.
• Continuously help to improve the performance and development of sales team through proper coaching, development and trainings.
• Establish, enforce and improve lead general processes to maximize team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in identifying, qualifying and transferring target accounts to the sales team to generate revenue.
• Sharing best practices and resource allocation across all sales team components.
