Job Description

● Develop sales and distribution strategies. ● Approve sales targets. ● Monitoring the implementation of distribution and sales strategies and policies. ● Monitor sales performance. ● Approve sales rules and regulations. ● Monitor the financial performance of sales. ● Collaborate on product and pricing policies. ● Collaborate in design and implement market development policies. ● Provide information about the competitors and the market. ● Management of capillary sales, chain stores, wholesales, and distribution. ● Oversee sales managers and their staff.

Requirements

● Experience in setting up distribution branches (hybrid) is a must ● Minimum age: 35 years old. ● 15 years of experience in sales; at least 10 years of experience in sales management of big companies. ● Master's degree preferably in Management, Commercial or Economics. ● Experience in management of agents network, B2B, and chain stores.
