Job Description

● Develop sales strategies based on marketing strategies. ● Develop distribution policies. ● Approve general and periodic sales targets. ● Monitoring the implementation of distribution and sales strategies and policies. ● Monitor sales performance. ● Approve sales rules and regulations. ● Monitor the financial performance of sales. ● Manage sales performance and customer network. ● Collaborate on product and pricing policies. ● Collaborate in design and implement market development policies. ● Provide information of the competitors and the market. ● Management of capillary sales, chain and cooperative sale, whole sales, city sales, special markets and distribution. ● Oversee sales managers and their staffs.

Requirements

● Minimum age: 40 years old. ● Minimum experience: 15 years on sales; at least 10 years on sales management of big companies. ● Minimum education: Master's degree preferably in Management, Commercial or Economics. ● Experience in management of sales of agent network, B2B, chain stores and online.
