Job Description

1) As demands suitable vocational communications with staff and specially the authorities and customers, proper written and verbal skills are required. 2) Organizing and time management due to schedulizing responsibilities for managers meetings and setting synchronization between managers and authorities of different sections. 3) Competence dominance on office skills especially words, excel plus computer based programs. 4) Familiarity with Farsi language structure, letter writing, further to following up, sending and receiving letters in addition to preparing reports.

Requirements

1) Adequate dominance on English language. Complete familiarity with secretariat affairs and electronic and paper based archive. 2) Ability to work with office based machinery and devices. 3) Ability to work with Auto machinery devices and CRM 4) Complete dominance on official affairs and phone responding 5) Sufficient consideration and attention on doing assigned tasks revolving around company’s need. 6) Possessing rich team work spirit, time schedulizing and capability to meet deadlines to completely daily chores on time. 7) Secret keeper
