Sales Data Analysis Specialist

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
Work with sales teams to collect OTIF data.
Maintaining data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Work with sales team to help managers in the preparation of sales forecast.
Support annual business budgeting process.
Creating templates, history data, statistical forecasts, top down and bottom-up budget volume contribution.
Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports.
Develop analytical performance presentations.
Manage daily/monthly sales report to the sales team according to the agreed timelines and maintaining high level of efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics or Industrial Engineering.
Experienced in Data analysis or Business Intelligence.
Ability to present insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Teamwork, ownership, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Familiar with BI and database programming principles (SQL, BI) is Plus.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Multi-tasking and reporting skills.
Good command of spoken and written English.
