*Job Description and Duties: -Process and track sales orders, invoices, and customer requests -Monitor order status, inventory levels, and delivery schedules -Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports -Assist with sales documentation and contracts -Provide customer service and resolve inquiries promptly -Maintain and update customer database, sales records, and order tracking
