Job Description

A sales coordinator manages relationships with KA partners, executes sales strategies, and ensures smooth operations in key account channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Upload customers’ invoices to their portal.
  • Prepare a report/analysis on the status of customer invoices (issued, uploaded, remaining, and discrepancies in terms of number and value).
  • Check KA Customers Portal data to define each customers' detailed order.
  • Controls effectively the execution of excellence in execution in the daily business, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning.
  • Ensure proper and time cash collection Vs agreed and standard payment terms by customer.
  • In charge of the company call center by following the assigned tasks such as providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries, assisting customers with product or service questions, maintaining detailed records of interactions and transactions, following communication scripts and guidelines to ensure quality service, escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in modern trade.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
  • Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Familiarity with Rahkaran is an advantage.
