● Meeting sales goals.
● Submitting reports regularly.
● Monitoring sales per distribution, product, and pharmacy to manage stock coverage.
● Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
● Serving customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
● Providing historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
● Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
● Keeping sales leadership informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
● Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
● Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
● Analyzing the market and competitors’ activities.
● Maintaining or updating product and competition knowledge.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Microbiology, and related fields.
● At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field.
● Good command of MS Office.
● Communication and negotiation skills.
● Sense of human relations, and capability to work in a team.
● Preferably fluent in English.
