Job Description
- Identifying tenders/inquiries and making decisions on whether to participate or not.
- Preparing tender/inquiry documents (qualitative evaluation, guarantee, relevant envelopes, sending documents).
- Coordinating with legal and financial units to amend and finalize contracts according to the scope of authority.
- Preparing sales documents.
- Liaising with employers and registering on the supplier list.
- Managing sales contracts and providing regular status reports.
- Incoterms rules and terminology.
- International transport and customs laws.
- Uniform rules and regulations for documentary credits (UCP600).
- Preparing and drafting domestic and international contracts.
- Preparing and drafting domestic and international tender documents, payment methods and laws related to bank guarantees.
Requirements:
- Work experience: two years.
- Education level: Bachelor's/Master's degree.
- Field of study: Business Administration/MBA/Engineering.
