Job Description

  • Identifying tenders/inquiries and making decisions on whether to participate or not.
  • Preparing tender/inquiry documents (qualitative evaluation, guarantee, relevant envelopes, sending documents).
  • Coordinating with legal and financial units to amend and finalize contracts according to the scope of authority.
  • Preparing sales documents.
  • Liaising with employers and registering on the supplier list.
  • Managing sales contracts and providing regular status reports.
  • Incoterms rules and terminology.
  • International transport and customs laws.
  • Uniform rules and regulations for documentary credits (UCP600).
  • Preparing and drafting domestic and international contracts.
  • Preparing and drafting domestic and international tender documents, payment methods and laws related to bank guarantees.

Requirements:

  • Work experience: two years.
  • Education level: Bachelor's/Master's degree.
  • Field of study: Business Administration/MBA/Engineering.
