- Providing marketing plan for products.
- Leading sales and marketing team in order to achieve the assigned targets.
- Practical and scientific training for sales and marketing team.
- Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales.
- Active present in the field and visiting KOLs.
- Monitor sales activities via double visit and control action plan.
- Expanding the target market and sales activities within the market.
- Creating strategies to increase sales and achieve annual sales target.
- Negotiating and closing deals with client.
- Arranging and attending client meetings.
- Marketing and finding new customers as well as maintaining existing contacts.
- Managing communication between doctors, KOLS, distribution companies, pharmacies.
- Collaborating in pricing and discounts strategy process.
- Monitoring and analyzing markets, customer needs and competitor’s action in order to market and product development.
- Provide and analyze weekly, monthly and annual sales reports for reporting to CEO.
Requirements
- At least 4years experience in fertility and infertility fields for pharmaceutical sales.
- Study midwifery
- Eager to activated challenging targets
- Hardworking, Multi task capability and team working
- Effective negotiation skills
- Good computer skills such as Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Good English skill
