• Experienced in dermatology & Cosmeceutical field
• Responsible for managing, coaching and mentoring the marketing team
• Observing sales rate and apply sales strategy to make growth
• Preparing Business Plan, Marketing Plan and reports
• Understand fully internal sales systems and procedure and develop weekly/monthly visit plans
• Monitor and update competitors activities in the market
• Identify prospective customers by using business directions, following leads from existing clients
• Attending trade shows and seminars
