● Identifying and familiarizing with the organizational objectives of advertising agency. ● Market development and special strategy for sales and marketing team management of advertising agency. ● Targeting markets in order to achieve customers' satisfaction. ● Managing all the efforts of the sales and freight unit. ● Development of advertising agency programs for ATl and TTL media. ● Supervising the implementation of all sales team programs. ● Meet customers to provide technical and marketing suggestions. ● Commenting on the hiring of sales team staff, marketing and market development advertising agency.

Requirements

● The skill of participating in auctions and winning in order to buy media and contracts, talent identification of skilled forces in order to develop domestic and international sales team. ● Familiar with digital marketing topics and production of advertising content. ● Having a related work experience between 3 and 5 years in advertising agency and active in the field of sales management. ● Having high public relations and preferably related education. ● With energy to promote sales and increase the efficiency of the subsidiary team and deal with other forces of the company. ● Familiar with customer relationship management software. ● Negotiation techniques and media sales management.
