Objective: To develop the Sales & Marketing Strategy for AR General Cool Air conditioners & Home Appliances Brand in Iran market Main responsibilities: - Develop Sales & Marketing Strategy - Work as a regional manager for overall sales and operations of Iran Business. - Develop a Sales Team - Hiring and Recruitment - Manager General Operations - Increase Customer Base and bring Major Home Appliances projects through market research and open tenders - Introduce the AR General Cool Brand in Qeshm and later spread to whole Iranian Market. - Developing Contracts & agreements with vendors, suppliers, AC installers and transportation companies - Develop Mechanism to handle customer complaints and concerns through Local head office - Monitor Warehouse activities and Daily Sales - Send Daily report to Deputy General Manager for Operations & International Business ( Qatar Head office) - Develop Strategy to increase the walk in sales customers - Train the showroom team members to increase sales - Monitor Stock availability and prepare forecast and urgent requirements of home appliances as per local demands Reporting to: Deputy General Manager Subordinates: Sales Executives, Secretary, Marketing Executives, Showroom Managers Number required: 1 Duration: 2 Years Desired start date: 1st Feb, 2015 Probation: 6 Months Working hours: Sat - Thursday, 10 hours daily Travel requirements: Occasional within Iran and Outside Iran Gross monthly base salary: Not disclosed Commission / Bonus: Yes Other Benefits: Yes

University qualifications: Education: Bachelor's of Business Administration Or MBA Other certifications: Not Important Previous experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and General Operations. Specialist knowledge: Computer: Advanced Computer Skills, MS office Tools, MS Outlook, MS Visio and 60 words/minute typing speed. Other Skills: Excellent Communication skills and courteous attitude with a strong dominating personality. Ideal Age Range: 35 to 45 Gender Preference: Male Nationality Preference: Iranian Language Skills: Languages: English (Fluency in Speaking, Writing and Reading), Irani (Fluency in Writing, Speaking and Reading), Urdu (If knows Urdu then very good, otherwise no problem), Arabic (If knows Arabic then very good, otherwise no problem) Current Residence: Anywhere in Iran
