Job Description:
To assist the Commercial Director with the planning, coordination and handling of day to day commercial and orders/ processing tasks /Sales process & Marketing activities of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for developing and execution of Branding plans (short & long term)
- Be responsible for preparing (monthly/yearly) sales reports from all customers categories and comparing them with plans and targets and present the results
- Ensure optimized business results through effective and efficient management of Branding and sales functions
- Regarding market research activities, preparing related documents related to each phase of the research as: questionnaire, Discussion guide, mood board, etc. Analyze / report research for market research projects
- Preparing analytical reports by addressing main trends and recommending relevant solutions referring to each trend.
- Ability to monitor/ report effectiveness and results of each program/ campaign
- Preparing practical launch plans align with allocated marketing budget
- Following up current product quality issues
- Cross functional activities and results
- Negotiating with the suppliers/customers
- Taking care of the orders received from the internal departments / customers
- Perform the commercial paperwork and correspondence
- Following Orders with both vendors and customers
- Obtaining the import permit from related authorities
- Following up the customs clearance process
- Make sure of in time deliveries
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in marketing, sales or commercial department (related field, food industry, FMCG experience is an advantage)
- Interested to be active in Marketing and Sales field
- Open to coaching/ learning
- Good command of English
- Acceptable computer skills and user of MS Office (Especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Customer service skills
- Open to travel or hourly/daily mission out of office
- Proper planning skills
- Good time management skills and punctual
- Good presentation skills
- Fully conversant with MS office applications
