Job Description
Objective: Sales and marketing activities in international shipping and transportation field such as: Sea Freight - Air Freight - Road Freight - Rail Freight and Transit through Iran. Main responsibilities : - Looking for business opportunities by looking for potential clients through sales and marketing techniques. - Getting in touch with the potential clients (phone calles, emails and visits) and making sales offer. - Taking care of shipment process from sales offer up to shipment pick-up and handing over the shipment to operations department. Reporting to : Sales manager Subordinates : None Number required : 8 Duration : Annual contract and extendable subject to both sides agreement. Desired start date : 20-May-2013 Working hours : 08:30 up to 16:30 Travel requirements : None Gross monthly base salary : There are 2 income packages: 1. Fully commission based 2. Combination of salary and commision.
Requirements
University qualifications : None necessary as far as there is enough experience in international shipping and transport. Other certifications : Any certificate in international transport is an advantage. Previous experience : 2+ years. Specialist knowledge : - International shipping and transportation. - Good English (fluent written and communicative spoken English). - Enough IT literacy (emails, internet and microsoft office) Other Skills : - Ability to work independetly under the companies rules and regulations. - Willingness to sticking with business ethics. - Being able to positively intract with other staff and the managers.
