- Oversees an organization's sales and marketing programs.
- Develops strategic sales and marketing objectives.
- Establishes sales territories and quotas, manages budgets and evaluates sales performance. Manages and develops marketing programs and materials such as advertising, event support and online tools and promotions.
- Manages business flow sub-functions within organization.
- Creates practical strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
- Creates sales channel network within target territory, follow ups and support for ongoing sales opportunities, marketing and sales professional documentations, banking, custom and regulatory formalities regarding supplies.
Requirements
- Commercial or Economic College Degree, (mechanical engineering degree a plus)
- Fluent in English (IELTS 8+), strong writing abilities
- Experience in account management (client relationship & deal life cycle)
- Good understanding of industrial and engineering products
- Experience in managing documents and data (Office, Archives, Excel, PPT,)
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- In bond lead generation experience
- Able to travel
- International work experience a plus
