Job Description

* Exploits and explores business opportunities with new and existing key accounts and allocated channels in order to meet or exceed set sales revenue targets through administration of the sales cycle, from order receipt through to product delivery and ongoing support. * Builds long term customer relationships to ensure retention and growth of business opportunities. * Provides input for the development of longer term key account and channel sales contracts in order to secure competitive terms and to assist in the formation of negotiation strategies. * Participates in contract negotiations in order to fully understand future role in contract delivery and administration. * Identifies, defines and reports on evolving customer needs in order to pro actively prepare for future product/service demands. * Identifies opportunities for cross selling across a range of products, involving appropriate specialists and assemble multi product offerings. * Participates in the on-the-job training of Trainee Sales Representatives in order to equip them with the necessary skills to operate independently. * Monitors and prepares analytic reports, including recommendations on competitor activity to ensure company products are meeting market needs and maintain competitive edge. * Ensures accurate and prompt completion of all sales related administration. * Maintains accurate and up- to- date records of customer sales activity to support management reporting and effective decision making. * Projects and protects the company image through high levels of personal presentation, displaying appropriate behaviors and keeping company vehicle clean and well maintained. Includes ensuring that all road laws and regulations are complied with and that driving habits are courteous and respectful.

Requirements

* Related studies are preferable * A minimum of 3 to 5 years successful performance and Sales experience * Strong customer focus. * Achievement orientation * Negotiating skills. * Analytic and presentation skills. * Market knowledge. * Information seeking. * Strong sense of teamwork. * English language
