Job Description
- Evaluating new credit requests and controlling distributors' checks and pass to the treasury team.
- Managing and collecting debts from distributors.
- Controlling new sales policies in Rahkaran.
- Controlling customers' credits in Rahkaran and preventing over-credits.
- Managing the collection of all payments and debts.
- Responding to distributors' inquiries and managing their accounts.
- Controlling invoicing procedures.
- Preparing statements of accounts for distributors on a monthly basis and doing final reconciliation.
- Liaising with customers and the sales team.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting.
- Good command of English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet the deadlines required.
- FMCG knowledge is a plus.
- High public relations in relation to customers and other teams of the company.
- High responsibility.
- Teamwork spirit.
