Job Description

  • Evaluating new credit requests and controlling distributors' checks and pass to the treasury team.
  • Managing and collecting debts from distributors.
  • Controlling new sales policies in Rahkaran.
  • Controlling customers' credits in Rahkaran and preventing over-credits.
  • Managing the collection of all payments and debts.
  • Responding to distributors' inquiries and managing their accounts.
  • Controlling invoicing procedures.
  • Preparing statements of accounts for distributors on a monthly basis and doing final reconciliation.
  • Liaising with customers and the sales team.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet the deadlines required.
  • FMCG knowledge is a plus.
  • High public relations in relation to customers and other teams of the company.
  • High responsibility.
  • Teamwork spirit.
