As part of the marketing and sales department, will be responsible to promote Arina Hayat Danesh's products and laboratory instruments and kits.
Responsibilities :
● Implement the sales strategy.
● Plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
● Meet agreed on targets within defined sales territories in Tehran and provinces, with proper pre-planning and call frequency, call continuity, and effective post-call reporting.
● Prepare planning, feedback, and sales reporting daily to upper-level managers.
develop new accounts to increase market penetration.
● Establish effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect with professionalism and knowledgeable skillful approaches innovative and creative.
● Develop a customer database.
● Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
● Monitor competitor activity to update the competitor landscape considering all aspects (price, availability, field activities, etc.) on a regular basis.
● Contribute and participate in congresses and also internal and external meetings.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, Immunology, Biomedical, Cellular and Molecular, Microbiology, Biochemical, or other related fields.
● More than 2 years of related work experience.
● Excellent teamwork skills, hard work, and ability to negotiate and plan.
● Ability to read or write in English.
● Interest to learn high-tech technologies
● Good experience in genetics devices and kits.
