ROBOTIC ENGINEER
Professionally Qualified with Extensive Experience

An Australian Inventor is seeking the services of a Robotic Engineer on a full-time contract.
The objective is to develop, in consultation with the inventor, from concept to working
prototype, a robotic machine for use primarily in the agricultural fencing industry. The tasks
to be performed within Iran. The successful applicant will complement other technical
disciplines, which comprise of mechanical engineer, software (including AI) engineer and
polymer engineer.
The Inventor will appoint a Team Leader from the successful applicants who will receive an
additional remuneration.

The successful applicants will have, as a minimum, the following attributes:
- Be professionally qualified in an appropriate discipline associated with industrial
robotics.
- Can demonstrate a successful history of producing from a concept a commercially
viable robotic machine.
- Have considerable experience in the field.
- Be reasonably fluent in written and spoken English language.
- The Team Leader be prepared, and able to travel outside Iran (subject to Government
restrictions) for regular meetings with the Inventor.
- Have, or able to obtain workshop facilities for prototype development.
- Have experience in dealing with appropriate suppliers of various materials.
- Be proficient in producing Cad Cam drawings.
- Have a working experience and interest with 3D printing.
- Be prepared to execute a Non-Disclosure-Agreement.
- A working knowledge of AI, not essential but desirable.

A monthly remuneration package of USD 1,000, plus ancillary costs and disbursement is
offered, payable monthly in advance.
In addition to the monthly remuneration a bonus of USD15,000 will be paid to the Team if
the prototype is a working (to specifications) model at the end of three months. This amount
will reduce by USD1,000 per month until a working prototype is produced. This incentive is
designed for the team to devote all their working day to the project.

A Team application would be viewed favourably.
On completion of successful working prototype further significant enhancements will be offered for continued work.
In addition to the above there are further products that need development ensuring continuing
employment.
