Job Description
Road Freight Specialist's sole focus is to manage Road/Trucking freight inquiries and bookings including customer service management coordinating with the sales, accounting, and other departments
● Correspond with international and local agents, and carriers, for pricing and operations purposes.
● Monitor tracking shipments from A-Z.
● Document and liaise with international/border/and customs agents, sales team, accounting, and clients.
● Shipment management using company software (CARAVAN)
● Delivery orders, Warehouse receipt, and EPL.
● Generate monthly reports for the management.
● Salary: Negotiable.
