Job Description
Site KPI & RVT report checking and providing the solution to meet KPI targets Supporting on-site supervisors and S/C to implement the related changes. Create optimization -- RVT reports for Primitive & final Acceptance Test. Coordination with Customer for KPI parameters changing and getting related approval. Coordination with RF planning department for checking new sites. Reporting to PCM Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Desired start date: As soon as possible
Requirements
University qualifications: BSc in telecom engineering or higher Previous experience: at least 3 Ideal Age Range: 25-32 Language Skills: English should be fluent Knowledge of 2G infrastructure equipment. (Huawei) Knowledge of 3G infrastructure equipment. (Huawei) Knowledge of 4G (LTE) equipment preferred. (Huawei) Strong knowledge in the area of RF engineering, communications theory, design principles, network optimization. Knowledge of CDMA/ WCDMA carrier turn up, Multicarrier optimization, PN planning, Paging Group planning, and Neighbor list optimization is preferred. Detailed understanding of network architecture (2G/ 3G/ LTE) Fully proficient in set-up, calibration, utilization, and data processing of various design and optimization equipment and software (TEMS, Actix , asset, FACTS, M2000)
